The same consult drafts the report back to the GP. Under a GP chronic condition management plan, you send the referring GP a written report after the first and last service ([Services Australia](https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/services-available-under-gp-chronic-condition-management-plan)). Veterans' care has its own end of cycle report to the GP ([DVA](https://www.dva.gov.au/get-support/providers/dental-psychology-allied-health-professions/allied-health-treatment-cycle-and-referrals/treatment-cycle-information-allied-health-providers)). Hanah's referral letter follows the shape a GP needs: the reason for referral, the relevant history, your findings and impression, the management you've started, and any requests with the follow-up plan.

## Privacy for everything in the room

A scribe hears everything in the room, including a patient's other health conditions. Hanah treats it that way:

-   **No training on your consults.** Neither Hanah nor our speech-to-text and AI providers train models on your clinical data. It's written into the same agreement.
-   **Audio is deleted automatically.** Audio and transcripts are deleted after a short retention window, and every deletion is written to a tamper-evident log. Your clinical note follows your practice's own retention policy.
-   **The agreement is in place from day one.** Our data processing agreement covers your practice from your first session, so there's no legal back-and-forth before you start.
