Your notes, in your format

You start with an initial assessment and a progress note in SOAP format, a referral letter, and an optional discharge summary. Letters are written in full prose, and you can change the register on any note. The SOAP template asks for objective findings one per line, with figures and units, and leaves out anything you didn't assess.

Add your own headings, such as Consent, Regions treated, Technique or Response, and Hanah fills them. For DVA patients, your clinical notes count as the care plan if they include set items, such as goals, planned treatment, expected outcomes and validated outcome measures (DVA). Add those headings and they're in every note.

Fast, and accurate enough to trust

Hanah streams the note onto your screen as it's written, so you can start reading and correcting while the patient is getting up. You spend your time reviewing rather than rewriting.

Privacy for every visit on your list

A scribe hears everything said in the room. Hanah treats it that way:

• Your records stay in your region. Australian practices' records are stored in Australia, and New Zealand and UK practices' in their own countries. Our data processing agreement names every step that leaves the country.
• No training on your consults. Neither Hanah nor our speech-to-text and AI providers train models on your clinical data. It's written into the same agreement.
• Audio is deleted automatically. Audio and transcripts are deleted after a short retention window, and every deletion is written to a tamper-evident log. Your clinical note follows your practice's own retention policy.
• The agreement is in place from day one. Our data processing agreement covers your practice from your first session, so there's no legal back-and-forth before you start.
• Nothing becomes the record until you sign it. Every draft waits for your review, and a note reaches your practice-management system only when you send it.

The same visit drafts a care plan your patient reads in Hanah's patient app: what's going on, in plain language; the plan; what to expect, including what a flare-up means and what to do about one; their exercise program, one card per exercise; a check-in question; and their care team.

Exercise cards come from your practice's library and Hanah's shared one, with the sets, reps and frequency you stated. The AI doesn't write them freehand. Record your own video to add a card. When you prescribe something in a later visit, Hanah suggests adding it to the plan, and nothing is added until you accept it. The plan updates as later visits change it.
