About Hanah

Hanah is an AI medical scribe. It drafts clinical notes, letters and referrals from the consult, and the clinician reviews every draft before it goes anywhere. Care plans and a patient app are in the same account for practices that want them.

Hanah runs in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, each on separate infrastructure with its own database. It works inside Cliniko, Halaxy, Nookal and Zanda through the Hanah browser extension, and on its own for practices without a practice management system.

We publish our Word Error Rate and hallucination results for each region, along with the method behind them. The latest results are on the benchmark page.

The team

Hanah was founded by Aaya and Ahmed. Aaya is a practising physiotherapist and our Clinical Lead. She signs off the scripts behind our accuracy benchmark and grades a share of the results by hand. Ahmed is our CEO.

The company

Hanah is a trading name of PhysiPal Pty Ltd (ABN 61 641 678 891), registered in Melbourne in 2020. The product started in physiotherapy under the name PhysiPal and is now used by GP, specialist and allied health practices.
