How it works
  1. Step 1 Agentic Assistant

    Walk in already prepared

Last session's plan, open goals, recent PROM scores, and what's worth asking this time.

  2. Step 2 AI Scribe

    Press record, stay present

Every voice in the room captured live — you, the child and their parents — in any language, even mid-sentence code-switching.

  3. Step 3 Home programs & outcomes

Capture the plan as you go

Hanah takes the conversation and turns it into a thorough and personalised care plan.

  4. Step 4 Documentation

    The rest writes itself

All your documents, forms and letters — done as your patient leaves.

  5. Step 5 Patient Health Literacy

Parents carry therapy on between visits

Parents are kept informed, with the home program explained without jargon, so they can help continue treatment between visits — an informed parent is an engaged parent!

Deep practice management integration

Hanah works inside the software your practice already runs on.

Hanah embeds right into your practice management system in the browser — record on the patient page you already have open, and the finished note lands in that patient's chart. No second tab, no double entry, no migration.

  • Sits inside your PMS in the browser — you never leave the patient you're on
  • Notes go into the correct patient record, in your own template
  • Two-way sync where your system offers an API — connect in minutes with a secure key
  • Patient history stays where it is — your PMS remains the source of truth

On a different system? Hanah still runs — notes, patient engagement and insights all work standalone while we build your integration. Tell us which system you use →

Common questions

What Hanah is, in plain terms.

What notes does Hanah write for occupational therapists?

An occupational therapist starts with an initial assessment, a progress note and a discharge summary in SOAP format, plus a referral letter. You can edit these or build your own, such as a home safety assessment, or upload a Word or PDF report template you already use.

Can patients see their strategies at home?

Yes, if you use patient engagement. The OT care plan covers what you're working on, the strategies and equipment you recommended, and day-to-day practice, with a card for each activity, adaptation or piece of equipment: what to do, when in the day it fits, and which everyday task it makes easier. Patient engagement is optional; the notes work without it.

What is Hanah?

Hanah is a platform for modern health practices, and it starts with an AI scribe. The scribe drafts your notes, letters and referrals from the consult, and it works on its own: inside the practice management system you already use (Cliniko, Halaxy, Nookal or Zanda, through the Hanah browser extension), or standalone, with nothing to migrate. Care plans and a patient app that keep patients on plan between visits, and analytics across the practice, are there when you want them. You don't need either to use the scribe.

Is Hanah an AI scribe?

Yes. Hanah's AI scribe drafts your notes, referrals and care plans from the consult, in your own voice, and it can be the only part of Hanah you use. It runs inside Cliniko, Halaxy, Nookal and Zanda through the browser extension, or standalone if you don't use a practice management system. Patient engagement and practice analytics are in the same account if you want them later, but the scribe doesn't depend on them.

Can I use just the scribe?

Yes. Record the consult or dictate afterwards, review the draft, and send the note to your practice management system or keep it in Hanah. You don't have to set up care plans, invite patients or use the analytics, and patients aren't sent anything unless you choose to send it. If you want patient engagement later, it's in the same account, with nothing to move across.

Who is Hanah for?

Hanah is built for allied health, GP, and specialist practices — from solo practitioners to multi-clinician groups — and the owners, managers, and clinicians who run them.

Where is my data stored, and is Hanah secure?

Your data stays in your region — Australia, New Zealand, or the UK — with no cross-pollination between jurisdictions, bank-level encryption, and no model training on patient data. The regional Trust Centers list the full controls.

How quickly can a practice get started?

About 10 minutes to onboard each clinician. Most practices have the scribe live in week one and patient engagement switched on by week two.

See Hanah running your practice in 20 minutes.

We'll walk through the scribe, the patient app, and the practice dashboard on your actual workflow — not a sandbox.
