Occupational therapy often doesn't happen at a desk. It happens in a client's kitchen, beside a shower with no grab rails, or in the car after the visit. What matters is what the person does: self-care, preparing a meal, getting in and out of the shower, the roles that matter to them, and the environment they do it in.

Privacy for what you hear in a client's home

On a home visit, a scribe hears the whole household. Hanah treats it that way:

• Your records stay in your region. Australian, New Zealand and UK practices each run on their own servers, database and storage. Our data processing agreement names every processing step that leaves the country.
• No training on your sessions. Neither Hanah nor our speech-to-text and AI providers train models on your clinical data. It's written into the same agreement.
• Audio is deleted automatically. Audio and transcripts are deleted after a short retention window, and every deletion is written to a tamper-evident log. Your clinical note follows your practice's own retention policy.
• The agreement is in place from day one. Our data processing agreement covers your practice from your first session, so there's no legal back-and-forth before you start.
• Nothing becomes the record until you sign it. Ahpra expects you to check what an AI scribe writes (Ahpra). Every Hanah draft waits for your review.

One flat price for a week of home visits

Home visits run long. Hanah doesn't charge you for them by the minute.

Hanah keeps working after the note

Most scribes stop at the note. A lot of occupational therapy happens between visits: the new way of getting out of bed, the perching stool in the kitchen, the morning routine the client is rebuilding. So Hanah keeps going.

The same session drafts a care plan your client can read, in three plain-language parts: what you're working on together; the strategies, changes to the home and equipment you recommended, and how each one helps; and what they'll build into their day. Alongside it sits one card for each activity, adaptation or piece of equipment: what to do, when in the day it fits, and which everyday task it makes easier.

After each visit, Hanah suggests new cards from what was said, and none are added until you accept them. Add a card yourself by filming the transfer technique you've just taught. The plan also carries a check-in question for the client, their care team, and the letters and documents you've shared. Nothing reaches your client until you choose to send it.
